How to Keep Your Tee Going the Distance

Treat it like your favorite bike. A little care goes a long way.

The Wash

• Cold water only — Hot water is for people who race with a power meter.
• Turn inside out before washing — Protect that graphic. You're going to wear this thing until it tells stories on its own.
• Gentle detergent only — This garment-dyed cotton has earned a relaxed pace. Keep the chemicals chill.
• First wash may bleed a little — Separate it from the light stuff.
• No bleach, no fabric softener — Both will wreck the texture faster than a bad gravel descent.

The Dry

• Hang dry whenever possible — Air drying is the scenic route; slower, better for the shirt.
• Tumble dry low if you must — Low heat, delicate setting.
• Pull it out promptly — Nobody likes wrinkles, and your shirt has miles left to ride.

The Iron

• Never iron directly on the graphic — Turn inside out or use a pressing cloth.
• Low heat only — This isn't a race. Slow and steady keeps the print looking sharp for seasons to come.

Care for it right and this tee will outlast your current bike build and at least three sets of bar tape.
